Content owners juggled manual creation and multilingual support while learners faced slow, inconsistent feedback. They needed a modern website to host it all, plus AI automation to take the manual work off content owners.
The work
The client's assessment process was hampered by manual creation and categorisation, difficult multilingual support, non-scalable delivery, and limited real-time progress tracking.
We built TrainED, a fully customisable quiz engine: a single owner creates quizzes with titles, hints, and difficulty; Zapier syncs content automatically; and the platform, React, Vite, Node, Supabase, supports guided exercises, self-assessments, and timed exam simulations with an intuitive learner dashboard.
New quiz setup time fell 80%, learner completion rose 40%, content accuracy reached 95% through automated syncing, and multilingual support expanded global reach.
